Contact and scope

This policy covers Readyvora’s website and PDF-delivery service. Contact support@readyvora.com about your information. Stripe/Link separately describes how it handles checkout and payment information in its own privacy notices.

Information used for delivery

After payment, Readyvora receives the checkout email address, order and payment references, purchased product, payment status, and refund or dispute status. We store the email address, order/product references, a protected representation of the download token, link expiry, download count, email-delivery status, and creation time to deliver your purchase and provide support.

Readyvora does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe/Link handles payment details. Hosting providers may process request information, including IP addresses, browser information, request times, and service logs, to operate and protect the website.

Providers and purposes

The existing website uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure, database, and private file storage. Stripe/Link handles payment and transaction support. Zoner sends purchase/download emails and hosts the support@readyvora.com mailbox for customer support correspondence. These providers process information according to their respective terms and privacy notices. Information may be processed in countries outside your own.

Readyvora uses purchase information to fulfill orders and support customers, and technical information to maintain security and service reliability. Purchase emails are service messages. Your checkout email is not automatically enrolled in marketing.

Browser storage and analytics

A random checkout proof is held in your browser’s session storage so the return page can verify that it belongs to the same checkout. This proof is not an advertising identifier. Download links include a private token; treat them like passwords. GA4 analytics and the email-signup form are not enabled. Stripe/Link may use its own cookies and browser storage on its checkout.

Retention and requests

The seven-day download-link expiry does not automatically delete the order record. Purchase and support records are retained to provide delivery support, handle refund/dispute requests, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or active disputes. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.

Never send payment-card details or account passwords by email. Changes to this policy will be published on this page.
